Also listed are Group dungeons [D], trials [T], arenas for 4 players [A4] and solo arenas [A1] for each zone. If they need additional DLC, that is stated. Their common abbreviations are also given. Eg “Vateshran Hollows (VH) [A1]” means it has abbreviation “VH” and is a solo arena.
Group dungeons, trials, and arenas can be entered at any level (in normal difficulty). Dungeon Finder can only be used starting at Lv10 - more dungeons become available on it at higher levels, which is indicated below for non-DLC dungeons (eg Lv14 for Elden Hollow I). DLC dungeons only become available at Lv45 in Dungeon Finder.
“Unzoned” places or “Realms” are not included (see eg https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Unzoned, https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Realms)
I used never to be able to figure out where the “achievements” were for a given dungeon/arena/trial (in the in-game Quest Journal→Achievements page). Knowing which (if any) DLC is responsible for a dungeon/arena/trial makes this easy - the achievements are listed under that DLC. If a trial is provided by a Chapter - the achievements are under that Chapter (Chapters only have trials). Base Game dungeons are listed under Dungeons→Group Dungeons (or Veteran Dungeons), Base Game trials or arenas are listed under Dungeons→Trials.

Zones for each alliance listed in order of quest progression.
The starter zones are small zones where the quest line starts for that alliance. These lead onto the starter city for that alliance. (The Impresario’s Tent can be found on the outskirts of starter cities.)
The capital city for your alliance zone is where Rolis Hlaalu (the Mastercraft Mediator) can be found.
(PVP can start at level 10)
(listed in order of release)
(composed of Shadow Over Morrowind and Recollection of Ithelia story lines)

Norg-Tzel is a location listed when the game map is opened. However the game seems to treat it as a delve within Shadowfen (although physically it is an island SE of Murkmire). It can only be accessed when doing the Murkmire Prologue quest “The Cursed Skull”. It has a book in it “The Curse of Beela-Kaar” and 3 notes “Blackguard Instructions, One/Two/Three”. They will be at Concordia Mercius’s camp at Stormhold Wayshrine, Shadowfen after the quest in case you fail to read these on the island.
Technically, with the LibZone addon installed, LibZone:GetCurrentZoneAndGroupStatus() returns isInDelve = true when at Norg-Tzel.
LibZone:GetCurrentZoneIds() (when at Norg-Tzel) returns currentZoneId=1072 (=“Norg-Tzel”), currentZoneParentId=117 (=“Shadowfen”), currentZoneIndex=668, currentZoneParentIndex=19, mapId=1552, mapIndex=35, parentMapId=201 (get zoneName from zoneId via LibZone:GetZoneName(zoneId)).↩︎
Blackreach: Mzark Cavern can be seen in the game map for
“Blackreach” (SE corner). It can also be seen in the Eastmarch map by
clicking the
icon. It can
be accessed during the Greymoor Chapter Prologue quest “The Coven
Conundrum” (once the Greymoor Chapter is acquired, it can be accessed
from Blackreach: Greymoor Caverns). It’s not clear if it is a delve, or
a proper zone (see below).
LibZone reports LibZone:GetCurrentZoneAndGroupStatus() returns isInDelve = true here.
LibZone:GetCurrentZoneIds() (when at Mzark Cavern) returns currentZoneId=0, mapId=1748 (=“Blackreach: Mzark Cavern”), parentMapId=27 (=“Tamriel”).↩︎
